1. Introduction
NT60 is a high-performance bus-controlled stepper motor driver, integrated with intelligent motion controller
Function, built-in S-shaped acceleration and deceleration commands, you can set acceleration and deceleration independently. Via RS485 network
Run Modbus protocol to control the drive and motor in real time.
Driver physical port introduction
Power supply: V + is connected to the positive pole of the DC power supply, and V- is connected to the negative pole of the DC power supply. The input voltage range is DC18 ~ 50V.
Motor: The driver matches the two-phase stepper motor by default, please connect red, blue, green and black to A +, A-, B +, B-
DIP setting: SW1, SW2, SW3, SW4, SW5 set slave address, ON = 0, OFF = 1
Slave address = SW1 + SW2 × 2 + SW3 × 4 + SW4 × 8 + SW5 × 16
SW6, SW7 set the communication baud rate (see screen printing table for details). SW8 is the effective resistance of the terminal, generally not dial for short-distance communication.
5V differential interface: can be used as a closed-loop encoder and 5V pulse + direction signal (when using 24V input, please connect a 2K resistor to limit current in an external series).
24V IO port interface: This port has 4 channels total 24V input, two channels total 0V output, the function can be selected in the debugging software.
